These terms cover your use of Maplelightnook, a free magazine about browser games. Reading the site means accepting them, so we have kept them brief.

How to read our verdicts

Every score on Maplelightnook is an editorial judgement made after hands-on play, not a measurement. Games are updated often, and when something we wrote has drifted out of date we correct it.

Leaving for a publisher’s site

Outbound buttons lead to each game’s official website, where the publisher’s terms apply to your account and anything you choose to buy.

Trade marks and images

Game names and logos belong to their publishers and are used here only to identify the games we write about. Our text, illustrations and site design belong to Maplelightnook.

Updates and jurisdiction

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page. The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern them.
